CANCUN!

The Sharp fam opted out of going to Beaver's Bend with the rest of our friends, and decided to take Maj to the beach! My dad was a little nervous about going, but we made it back safe & sound! There wasn't much that could have happened...we didn't even leave the hotel! Our hotel was awesome for kiddos. They had a kid area with slides & a pirate ship & all that stuff any kid would like. Major did enjoy the kid area, but he LOVED the beach. So, unlike most of Trey & I's beach vacations, we did actually stay at the beach! (We are def. pool people.) The weather is wonderful in October. You can actually lay out without sweating to death! Hope everyone had a fabulous Fall Break! Enjoy!

Fall Ball is over...

Tonight was our last game for Fall. We got all dressed, put on the new eye blacks, and took a few pics! About 10 minutes later, the game was cancelled:( So, I just got a few shots of Maj on the porch (along with some with our 2 four-legged friends!)

College Station

So I FINALLY got to go to Kyle Field!!! One of the things on Trey & I's bucket list is football stadiums. We want to see as many as we can! We just started this last year, so we have A LOT to cover! (Oh, and Trey didn't make this one with me so cross this stadium off MY list!) My mom-in-law called me Wednesday and said, "Let's go to College Station this weekend!" MIZZOU was playing A&M so we headed down Friday. My bro-in-law is the O-Line coach at Missouri. It was also the wives's trip, so Shauna was there! The band is the absolute best part! They are amazing! MIZZOU won! 6-0!!!!!!!!! Sue & I had lunch after the game, then headed home. My household is a little bummed we won't make it next weekend when the Sooners come to town. Game Day will be there & I know it's going to be a great game. BUT...it's Fall Break for us & we will be cheering on the Tigers all the way in Cancun!

Canton/Dallas Trip

There is nothing better than a weekend shopping trip with the girls! No boys, no kids!!! We get to stop and potty whenever we want & make little pit stops whenever we feel the need! :) We left for Canton on Friday and spent the entire day shopping. Then, we drove to Dallas Sat. night, met Kay for dinner at Breadwinners, and got up Sunday to shop a little more!

Oh yea...and Heather locked her keys in her car at the hotel! Crystal worked darn hard with that hanger, but just couldn't get the door unlocked. So, an hour and $95.00 later, we hit the mall! Good one, Marie!

The Great State Fair of Oklahoma!

Major absolutely loves the fair! Nene & Poops went with us. We ate, rode some rides, ate some more, played some games, and ate some more...you get the picture! We collected a lot of balls, stuffed animals, and blow up toys! (I wish they still had those goldfish that you could win & they would die before you even got home!) Major's favorite part about the fair is riding the Space Needle. But it was broke this year, so maybe next time! Enjoy the pics of our family outing to the fair!
