Painted Farm

We have this fabulous place in Tuttle...The Painted Farm. Mindi, the oh-so-talented owner, had 3 classes of crafts for us to go to. I missed the October & November class, but got to make it to the December one. We had 2 choices of making a snowman out of a glass bottle or one like I made! It was so much fun... I can't wait to go to another class.

Football Banquet

The football banquet was last Sunday. We ate good mexican food, watched a video, and each kid got a set of Tuttle football sweats.

It's been soooo long!!!

Well, I've been a bad blogger...AGAIN! Maybe being a better blogger can be one of my New Year's resolutions...maybe!?! So, I have to go all the way back to Halloween to get caught up!

Here goes......
Halloween at school!
Major's class went on a hayride & looked for pumpkins.

All the kiddos!

Grandparent's Day was a few weeks ago. Major had to make a box and put things in it that made him happy, sad, etc...

Major & his grandparents & great-grandma!

Football is now over... we have our week nights back & Saturdays free! But, I will be ready for it all again!
Playoff game night!
6&U CHAMPS!!!

THANKSGIVING DAY!
We started out the day at my mom & dad's house.

This pic ended up in the wrong spot! On Wednesday, we saw "The Muppets." (And Maj & I both can't get that song out of our heads!)
Back to Thanksgiving weekend....... after lunch at Nene's, we drove to Columbia.
Saturday morning, we got up & drove to Kansas City for the Missouri/Kansas game.
IT WAS FREEZING!!!

MIZZOU WINS!!!

After the game, we stayed at the Holiday Inn across from the stadium. We stayed there last year, and the kids loved it! It has a small water park inside. We made it back home Sunday afternoon.

Now we have 3 weeks until Christmas break & I have a million things to do! I'm going to try to be a better blogger in the midst of those million things to do!:)

Red Ribbon Week

This week was "Red Ribbon Week" at school.
Cowboy Day! We didn't have much to work with here...Maj had a cowboy hat at Nene's & I borrowed one of my dad's old shirts...it even has the snap buttons!
Thunder Day! Can you believe that neither one of us had a Thunder shirt?!? We made a trip to Academy for me, and 4 stores later, I finally found a youth size for Major!
Black Out Day!
Camo Day! Maj was set with camo; I had to borrow a shirt & hat from Trey.
Red Day! We love our Tuttle Tigers!
(Even though we had a really big loss Friday night vs. Anadarko!)

We can't wait for Monday...It's Halloween! We get to dress up for school & I'm so stinkin' excited about it!

Fall Break!

We had a great Fall Break! I went to Tulsa with Trey on Wednesday so he could work & I could go shopping (I just didn't get enough from last weekend)! Major went with Nene & Poops to the hotel/casino in Durant. They came home Friday because he had a game on Saturday. So proud of my lil' man...he completed his first pass for a 2-point conversion!
We came home from Tulsa on Thursday so I could meet the girls for dinner. Heather was in town, and we don't get to see her much :( We went to the usual for the cooler weather- Belle Isle!

Dallas shopping!

We had a girl's shopping trip to Dallas last weekend! My mom, Kristy, Carrie, Glenda, and I drove down Friday after school. We had a great weekend of shopping & eating- not sure which one we did the most of!
While I was gone, Major got his first deer!

Homecoming 2011

One of the many things I love about Tuttle is the Homecoming parade! Every year, the kids get out of school & sit along the parade path for tons of candy! Major was in the parade this year on the 6U football float.

Maj & his buddies at the game (I interrupted their playing to get a quick pic!)
The moms...sportin' our gold shirts for "WIN/WIN WEEK!"
