Swimming Lessons '11

Maj has had swimming lessons the last 2 weeks. He loves it...and why wouldn't he?!? All of his friends are there!

So, I tried my 1st video post! It's kinda blurry, but it's of the kiddo diving & swimming today at lessons!

I'm busy packing and getting things ready for my 8am flight to California...and I've got 4 boys wrestling! I CANNOT imagine what this house is going to look like when I get back!

Memorial Weekend 2011

We pulled in to our driveway around 1 am Friday night from California. Then got up Saturday morning to start the weekend!

Rackley's had a swim party!

Then, we went to HalfTime Saturday night for Erica's birthday! After the party, we went to Meyer's to watch the UFC fight. Then, it was off to bed to get ready for Sahara Sunday morning!
Nene & Poops made the trip with us this time! It was EXTREMELY windy, but I think they liked it more than they thought they would! It was also Major's 1st time at the dunes- and definitely not his last!


We stayed all night at Sahara Sunday night. Then, finished the weekend off with Hangover 2 with all the neighborhood crew on Monday night.

California

I didn't think I was going to make it to Cali this year with Trey, but Kristy & I had to cancel our "Mom & Kid" trip for this year, so I made Trey feel sorry for me & he let me go! Then, we decided about 2 weeks out to take Major. Nano & Papaw were on our flight out. They were headed to VEGAS & we had a lay-over there. Trey picked us up in Ontario & we drove to Palm Springs.
We spent all day Tuesday & Tursday in Palm Springs/Palm Desert area...
We were loving the weather in Cali, but glued to the TV watching the tornadoes in Oklahoma. We knew it was getting bad at home- they even had coverage in Palm Springs. I had my mom get our wedding album & Maj's baby book just in case!

And went to Disneyland & California Adventures on Wednesday!!!

Mother's Day 2011

We started Mother's Day with lunch at Outback. From there, I did some grocery shopping at Crest, while Major & Trey had my car cleaned. My Mother's Day wish this year was pretty simple- I wanted my car cleaned inside & out!!! They did a great job of paying the car wash at 104th & Penn! :)

It was an awesome day outside, so Maj finally got to get the slip-n-slide out of the box! He had been waiting for good weather! However, we will have to buy a new one for the rest of the summer, because the new one already has a hole in it!

What a fabulous Mother's Day! I know how extremely blessed I am to have this amazing kiddo that loves me just as much as I love him!
